Tri State Distribution (provial.com) Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping

Once you place your order, your order will be submitted to our Order Processing System. If you are using a credit card, your credit card will be authorized for the invoice amount shown at the time of checkout. When the order ships, your credit card will be charged the invoice amount, plus any non-covered shipping costs, and less any discounts or rebates not previously included. Unless otherwise pre-determined, all orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. Expedited shipping is available, but you will need to call our customer service department at 800-392-9824 after you have placed your order.

Returns

To return products, you must call our customer service department at 800-392-9824 and get an RMA number that must be clearly visible on the box. Tri State Distribution can provice RMA stickers that can be applied to the exterior of the product packaging, if you request them. This is to ensure prompt return processing, and appropriate refunding to your account or credit card. Tri State Distribution can not be held resposible for products that are returned that are not marked with any information as to your customer number, invoice number and/or RMA number. If you do not annotate any of these numbers to your return, a proper credit may not be issued, in which case you will need to call the customer service department, so that they may start the return location process.

Products must be in resalable condition in the original boxes. Partial cases will not be accepted for return. Returns due to customer order errors will be charged a 12% restocking fee. Tri State Distribution will pay for return freight only on merchandise returned due to Tri State's error. Tri State Distribution reserves the right to refuse to accept for return any products that are not in the original boxes, in full case packs, and in good and resalable condition, or products that have been custom manufactured for a particular customer and cannot be sold to other customers. This includes custom pharmacy labels and imprinted closures.

Refunds

Customers will not be refunded any amount higher than the originally charged price on an invoice, for any particular item on that invoice. You will be refunded up to the original invoice amount, minus any shipping/handling or restock charges, at Tri State Distribution's discretion. If you ordered by credit card, this refund will be applied to your credit card, and if you order with net terms, your account will be credited to your account.
